I. The problem

A parent leaves the clinic with a number on a card and no way to see whether it is drifting. The thing a paediatrician actually looks for — a crossed percentile channel — is invisible between visits.

II. What we built

A private record for each child: weight, height, BMI and head circumference plotted against WHO percentiles, 159 CDC developmental checkpoints across four domains, and an IAP immunisation schedule with catch-up windows. It flags a crossed channel rather than diagnosing — a record-keeping and awareness tool, not a substitute for a doctor.
